Who you are contracting with

BROOSBAY is a personal life-intelligence application provided by Luca Torriani ("we", "us"), trading as BROOSBAY. These terms form an agreement between you and Luca Torriani. By creating an account or continuing to use BROOSBAY, you agree to them. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and if you use BROOSBAY on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Your account

You need an account to use BROOSBAY. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

Everything you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, store, process and display it back to you, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to produce the features you request.

Our intellectual property

The BROOSBAY software, interface, documentation and branding remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not resell or redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or circumvent technical limits.

Acceptable use

• Do not use BROOSBAY unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Do not interfere with security: no malware, probing, scraping, or overloading the service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

AI features and accuracy

BROOSBAY uses AI to summarise, reflect and suggest. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to the content you input, and for how you use the outputs. We may filter, refuse or remove content, and may suspend accounts for prohibited use.

Plans, payment and billing

BROOSBAY offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly, renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy describes the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

No guarantees

BROOSBAY is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything critical. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using BROOSBAY at any time and delete your content and account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends you can export your data beforehand; afterwards it is deleted.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with disputes subject to the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise. Questions: support@broosbay.app.
